Worked across payment correctness and backend feature delivery in a mature fundraising platform, covering intelligent giving, regular giving, matched giving, raffles, Stripe flows, scheduled jobs, Salesforce synchronization, and ticketing.

Added concurrency controls around matched-giving and raffle sales, protecting shared payment state when requests arrive at the same time.

Led reliability and modernization work across the Leadplus microservices, covering adapter controls, webhook recovery, identity resolution, REAXML, direct-to-R2 uploads, and compatibility for the Laravel and PHP upgrades.

Provider failures became observable and recoverable, attachment traffic moved off the application servers, and self-healing checks removed some cases that previously needed a developer.
